Legally Enforceable Agreement
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding
agreement between you ("Player") and BetMGM. By opening an account, depositing funds, or
placing a wager, you agree to abide strictly by all provisions contained herein.
1. Age and Physical Presence Requirements
You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register or wager on BetMGM. Underage gambling is a
criminal offense under state and federal statutes.
You must be physically located within the territorial borders of a licensed state (e.g.,
Michigan, New Jersey, Pennsylvania) at the precise moment any bet is entered, deposit is
executed, or game is initiated. Any use of virtual private networks (VPNs), proxy
servers, GPS mocking apps, or remote desktop software to disguise your true geographic
location will result in immediate account termination, fund confiscation, and reporting
to the Michigan Gaming Control Board.
2. Single Account Rule & Identity Verification
Each individual is strictly entitled to one (1) account across the nationwide BetMGM
network. Providing false, borrowed, or fraudulent identity information during
registration is strictly prohibited. BetMGM reserves the right to request notarized
government identification, proof of address, and certified bank statements before
disbursing balances.
3. Sports Wagering & Casino House Rules
All sports wagers, casino rounds, and poker tables are governed by our official House
Rules. In the event of a palpable odds misprint, software disruption, or obvious
clerical odds inversion, BetMGM reserves the right to void impacted bets and reset
account balances. Official league stats suppliers (Sportradar and Genius Sports) supply
final settling data.
4. Promotional Bonus Rollover Criteria
Promo codes (such as SPORTS1500, BETMGMCASINO, and
POKER75) are subject to mandatory playthrough requirements:
- Bonus bets returned from first-bet promotions cannot be withdrawn as cash directly
and expire seven (7) days following credit.
- Casino match credits carry wagering requirements (typically 15x on slots) before
bonus cash or associated winnings convert into withdrawable funds.
- Hedging strategies (such as placing offsetting bets on both red and black in
roulette) constitute bonus abuse and will trigger immediate bonus forfeiture.
5. Account Dormancy & Responsible Gaming
Accounts lacking real-money gaming activity for twelve (12) consecutive months may be
deemed dormant, incurring administrative maintenance deductions permissible by state
gaming law. Players have the absolute right to set deposit limits or enact voluntary
self-exclusion at any time via the GameSense dashboard.
6. Dispute Resolution and State Arbitration
Unresolved disputes must first be submitted to the BetMGM patron dispute panel. If a
satisfactory resolution is not reached, patrons may formally petition the Michigan
Gaming Control Board (MGCB) at michigan.gov/mgcb.
